Glow up diaries part one: the struggle is real

Hi!

it's been a few crazy weeks but I finally wanted to  start my glow up diaries. 
I've been doing really good, mentally and physically. I've lost 8 kg so far, and i'm still going. I don't have a particular end goal in mind, I just enjoy eating healthy and working out. Of course I still have my bad days, where i'm being lazy or eat unhealthy but unlike before, I don't stress about it. My mindset has changed a lot over the past few months. I try to be more relaxed when it comes to, well, basically everything.
Meditating when I feel bad or stressed out works for me. I like to lay on my bed, listening to the sound of rain (thank god for mp3), and just focusing on my breathing.
When it comes to food, I still struggle a bit, eating unhealthy snacks during the evening. But unlike before, when I start eating a bag of crisps, I can't finish it anymore. I try to keep it to one unhealthy thing that day.
Working out is going great. I'm currently going 3-5 times a week, mixing up cardio and weights. I'm still a bit terrified of doing some exercises, but the things I know, I love doing.
And as a reward to myself, I bought shorts and dresses for the first time in 5-6 years!
